Steve Kelner, LEED AP

Has more than 30 years of experience in the planning, design, management, and construction of commercial, institutional, industrial, hotel/resort, and health care facilities. His previous duties of managing a branch office of OMB in Arizona included supervising all production, coordination of in-house standards with staff, as well as client contact and negotiations. He brings experience in working closely with architects, owners, and interior designers during early phases of project development to define intent and offer creative solutions. Additionally, he offers experience in working closely with contractors, design/build teams and commissioning of electrical systems. Recent Southwest project experience includes Phoenix Civic Plaza, multiple Olive Garden Restaurants, Teledyne Corporation Relocation, The Aerospace Corporation Headquarters, The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Biloxi, MS., Charles Schwab Data Centers, Arizona State University, California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo; and Toyota Auto Dealership in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. Steve is a lead accredited professional and is involved in many green building designs. He is also a past board member of the Illuminating Engineering Society - Orange Section.
